Regulations

Hours From 10am to 18:30, Saturday and Sunday. The organizers will welcome
7:00 am to tell you your location.
To avoid interference with various exhibitors, we ask that you do not bend your booth before 18:30.
2 °
Registration Registration will be effective upon receipt of payment.
Any withdrawal must be notified before August 15, 2009 otherwise registration will not be refundable.
2 ° Opening
A reception will be offered by the organizers on Saturday at 11:30 am in the village hall.
3 °
responsibility of the organizers can not be engaged in such theft or loss of works on days of exposure, degradation or destruction. Exhibitors are solely responsible.
It is strongly recommended that exhibitors do not leave their booth unattended.
4 °
Meals Meals are to be expected by participants.
Sandwiches will be sold on site, open trade a few meters on Saturday and Sunday morning.
5 ° Transport "return"
At the expense of the exhibitor.
6 booth set
The responsibility of the exhibitor and likely before 9:00 am, at the latest!
Displays and different means of attachment are to be supplied by the exhibitor.
tables will eventually be made available upon request (call the organizer at registration!).
The location is determined by the organizer of the event and can not be disputed.

7 ° Communication
organizer takes care of communication: posters, leaflets, communicating with the press, radio, TV, ...
If you are interested, please return the registration form attached and your payment as soon as possible as places are limited.
